This simple solution is where a retailer can appoint a member of their staff, or another person acting on their behalf to carry the goods being sold as baggage on a flight from the UK.
LLUK provides an end to end service ensuring all the required documents are completed. Our customs agents, will meet your agent airside to assist them with all HM Revenue & Customs processes and documentation. We will take control of the formalities and get them on their way in the fastest time possible. Our stringent guidelines and processes ensure this is classified as a direct export and can therefore be zero rated.
At LLUK, we have our own team of agents who can act on your behalf. They are able to meet clients airside to handover goods once they have cleared customs and escort them to their flight or deliver goods directly to their end destination.

For clients travelling through Dubai, we are able to deliver goods airside to Dubai airport for collection. Goods remain in transit in Dubai and can therefore be collected free from Dubai VAT and duties. LLUK is launching this solution in Hong Kong and Miami in the coming months.
