Our unique offering ensures all your requirements are met, from acquiring your wish list to managing deliveries and where possible providing VAT free solutions. We are currently working with a number of luxury brands including Rolex, Patek Philippe, Hermes and Chanel.
You will be appointed a dedicated Personal Shopper who can arrange all your purchases on your behalf. LLUK will then manage the entire export and delivery process. Following the termination of the Retail Export Scheme in the UK, LLUK has developed a range of solutions to support international shoppers with VAT free delivery options. We are able to deliver all your purchases direct to your door using a range a courier service providers. This is a simple VAT free solution. Import duties are payable on arrival. Our high value insurance coverage specifically for watches, jewellery and handbags ensures your purchases are delivered safely and quickly.
We also have collection points at Dubai airport and as well as two locations in Hong Kong where we can have your purchases delivered for collection. This presents a convenient solution for clients based in the Middle East, Far East & India.

We have a team of agents who can deliver goods directly to you. Alternatively, our agents are able to meet you airside at all London & Private airports to handover purchases once customs has been cleared. As LLUK is the exporter, VAT is not payable. Our agents are fully insured to carry high value items.

For clients travelling through Dubai, we are able to deliver goods airside to Dubai airport for collection. Goods remain in transit in Dubai and can therefore be collected free from Dubai VAT and duties. LLUK is launching this solution in Hong Kong and Miami in the coming months.
